Today’s prayer
Supreme Source of Life, I give thanks for warmth, sunlight, energy, and the fire of determination that moves human beings to learn, build, and protect. I honor the spark of courage within me, even when it has grown faint under uncertainty or fatigue. Keep my passion from becoming anger and my ambition from becoming greed.
Teach me to use energy with intention. When I face a difficult beginning, awaken the willingness to try; when progress is slow, strengthen my endurance; when I make mistakes, help me learn without surrendering hope. May the fire within me illuminate rather than consume.
Let me bring warmth into my relationships, creativity into my work, and steady courage to the responsibilities before me. I am grateful for the power to begin again. So may it be.
